Refunds:
You may request a refund for most new, unopened items within ten days of delivery. We only refund in case of Defective or wrong product delivery. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we guide you on the return process and provide pickup.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
WE STRICTLY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS IN TRANSIT OF COURIER. IN A FEW CASES, THE COURIER PARTNER MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO DELIVER THE PARCEL.
